Verbena canadensis 'Snow Flurry' is an upright, vigorous plant with bright green crinkled foliage and clusters of clear white flowers. Reliably perennial, it is very long blooming. It also frequently self-sows, but is not a nuisance. Also known as Vervain, Verbena 'Snow Flurry' is a lovely companion to a wide variety of other perennials.
Verbena canadensis is native to much of the eastern two-thirds of the United States. It is found as far west as Colorado and New Mexico, northward to Minnesota and eastward to New York and south to Florida. It is naturally found on roadsides, sandhills, and other dry soils.
Verbena canadensis 'Snow Flurry' prefers full sun and well-drained, moist to average soil. Do not completely cut back plants until all danger of frost has passed in spring.
