Description

Sedum 'Cherry Tart' is a hybrid Stonecrop with rounded leaves painted a deep red color. The plant holds it color well from spring through fall. Sedum 'Cherry Tart' is a deciduous variety that forms a compact mound and produces large clusters of pink blooms in late summer to early fall. This one is a favorite with us and with customers for its good looks!

Sedum 'Cherry Tart' is easy to grow, preferring full sun and well-drained, average soil. This drought tolerant perennial is particularly adapted for use in rock gardens, containers, or in borders.

Care and Growing Tips

Containers are a great way to give sedums ample drainage and some additional height. Cut back after blooming to tidy up the plant. Avoid wet feet and overwatering.
