Light up the garden with Penstemon 'Electric Blue'! Spikes of blue flowers with contrasting pink throats bloom above its evergreen foliage in late spring. Deadheading prolongs its magnificent bloom.
Penstemon heterophyllus is a western US native that thrives in poor, well-draining soil. Also called "Foothill Penstemon", 'Electric Blue' does best in full sun with no fertilizer and little to no irrigation. It will need additional water until it is established.
