This little hosta has almost fluorescent gold leaves with dark green borders. Leaves are rounded, cupped and heavily puckered. Slug-resistant and a fast grower, it is reputed to take some sun. Lavender blooms on 18" scapes in June. 2013 Hosta of the Year.
Hosta will grow in ordinary garden soil and withstand drought, but they are most beautiful when provided with ample moisture and organic matter. Can tolerate clay soil. Can be grown under black walnut trees.
