Delosperma 'Gold Nugget' has brilliant yellow daisy-like flowers over succulent evergreen foliage that takes on reddish tones in winter. The dark green, angular leaves of perennial Ice Plant, Delosperma congestum 'Gold Nugget' form a solid mat that makes the perfect background for the golden yellow, starry blooms.

Delosperma 'Gold Nugget' prefers full sun to light shade and lean, fast-draining soil. Avoid heavy wet clay soil. Drought tolerant once established. 'Gold Nugget' is great for containers, rock gardens, and along pathways. Attractive to butterflies. Deer resistant. Tolerant of coastal conditions.

Please note: Depending on the time of year, the foliage of the plants may be trimmed to fit into our shipping boxes. This could delay the flowering of the plant, but many perennials actually benefit from being cut back.
