Corydalis 'Canary Feathers' is one of the showiest corydalis we have found with neat mounds of ferny blue-green foliage and short stems of tubular yellow flowers. A hybrid, 'Canary Feathers' tolerates part sun or shade and blooms from spring often to frost. The soft yellow blooms are sterile, so unlike most Corydalis self sowing is not a problem. It can be evergreen in warmer zones. A lovely shade garden or container plant.
Corydalis 'Canary Feathers' prefers humus-rich, moist, well-drained soil and partial shade to shade. Also known as False bleeding Heart or Fumewort, corydalis prefers cooler summer climates and may become summer dormant in hot areas.
