Coreopsis grandiflora 'Presto' forms round mounds of semi-double to double, golden-yellow daisy flowers from early to late summer with deadheading. The blooms of Coreopsis 'Presto' are large and showy with golden-red centers and pinked petal edges.
Coreopsis grandiflora is native from Iowa to Texas and eastward. Also known as Tickseed, songbirds love their tick-shaped seeds.
Like most Coreopsis grandiflora, the cultivar 'Presto' prefers full sun and moist, well-drained soil and will also tolerate clay soil. Deadhead to prolong bloom season.
