Chrysogonum virginianum stolonifera 'Eco Lacquered Spider' has simple star-shaped yellow blooms in spring. Low rosettes of evergreen leaves produce long purple runners. A fast spreader, 'Eco Lacquered Spider' makes a great ground cover. Rosettes that form at the end of the stolons root down. Good erosion control plant.
