Description

While gardeners have been growing columbine for generations, 'Kirigami™ Rose & Pink' presents a fresh twist on the old favorite. Its deep rose blooms are as intricately constructed as its namesake: kirigami, the Japanese art of cutting and folding paper. Each funnel-shaped bloom features pastel pink interior petals and spurs that give it an easily recognizable silhouette.

Aquilegia, or columbine, is easy to grow in woodland settings, and adapts readily to average garden conditions if provided with enough shade. These plants must be protected from afternoon sun in the South.

While pollinators adore columbine, its deeply-lobed, ferny foliage is unappealing to deer. Plant 'Kirigami Rose & Pink' columbine in shaded borders or cottage gardens and let it impress.

We ship via UPS or USPS (the Post Office), and their ship rates are automatically generated through our site. We do not profit on shipping costs. We are working with these providers to get our customers the best rates possible.

All ship times are subject to change if extreme weather conditions are present here at the nursery or at the shipping destination.

Please note: Depending on the time of year, the foliage of the plants may be trimmed to fit into our shipping boxes. This could delay the flowering of the plant, but many perennials actually benefit from being cut back.

We are currently not able to ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and outside of the US.
