Euphorbia myrsinites has sulfur-yellow 2"-4" flower clusters at the tips of trailing stems of gray-green triangular leaves. Flowering starts in very early spring, providing nectar for early butterflies and other pollinators. Euphorbia myrsinites' fleshy, evergreen leaves are arranged in close spirals on the stems and are attractive spilling over a wall or the edge of a container. The milky sap of Euphorbia myrsinites may cause skin irritations, so we recommend gloves when handling this perennial plant.

Also known as Donkey Tail Spurge, Euphorbia myrsinites prefers full sun and average to poor soil that must be well-drained. It is drought tolerant once established. Euphorbia myrsinites may self sow where happy.

We ship via UPS or USPS (the Post Office), and their ship rates are automatically generated through our site. We do not profit on shipping costs. We are working with these providers to get our customers the best rates possible.

All ship times are subject to change if extreme weather conditions are present here at the nursery or at the shipping destination.

Please note: Depending on the time of year, the foliage of the plants may be trimmed to fit into our shipping boxes. This could delay the flowering of the plant, but many perennials actually benefit from being cut back.

We are currently not able to ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and outside of the US.
