Armeria maritima 'Ministicks Rose' has mounds of grassy, evergreen foliage that produce 12"-18" long stems of large, round rosy flower heads from early to late spring. Armeria 'Ministicks Rose's strong stems make them useful as cut flowers. A perennial, it is great for rock gardens and the front of the border.

Also known as Sea Thrift, Armeria maritima are best grown in lean, dry, well-drained soils in full sun. Foliage tends to rot in the center if grown in moist, fertile or heavy clay soil. Armeria 'Ministicks Rose' is tolerant of coastal conditions making it great for sandy or rocky shore gardens. Dead-head to increase bloom time.
