Agastache 'Black Adder' grows 36" tall with a 30" spread. Its smoky-lilac flowers open from dark purple buds. Great deep green foliage. Butterflies' favorite Agastache in the nursery. Zones 6-9.
Erect, bushy plants bear spikes of showy tubular flowers over a long season. They require well-drained soil and are tolerant of drought conditions. Agastache 'Black Adder' does not require staking as long as the soil is not too rich. Suitable for an herb garden or mixed border. Highly attractive to pollinators, hummingbirds, and butterflies.
