Zantedeschia aethiopica 'White Giant' has a large, white 6" bloom spathe with a deep yellow spadix. Its large dark green leaves are broadly arrow shaped and speckled with white. Zantedeschia 'White Giant' blooms for months and makes a lovely specimen plant. This is a deciduous perennial that is generally hardy through Zone 7, where it appreciates some winter mulch.
Zantedeschia aethiopica 'White Giant' prefers sun and consistently moist to wet soil. It may be planted in shallow water (6"-12"). The bulbs of these enlarge each year and the plant will continue to get larger as it does so. It will produce side rhizomess that can be removed for additional planting.
