Description

Monarda didyma ‘Grand Marshall’ features fluffy clumps of red-fuchsia color petals resting atop a slender, leafy green stem. Attractive to butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees, Monarda ‘Grand Marshall’ has incredibly fragrant foliage and is noted for its resistant to mildew infestations.

Monarda ‘Grand Marshall’ prefers moist, well-draining soil with plenty of sunlight, but does well in boggy, over-saturated environments and is tolerate of clay soil. When deadheaded consistently, ‘Grand Marshall’ is long-blooming and will provide a splash of color throughout the summer but may run aggressively if left unchecked. Monarda ‘Grand Marshall’ is native to the eastern United States and is perfect for planting in native gardens, along the edge of ponds, or for naturalizing informal areas.

We ship via UPS & USPS (the Post Office), and their ship rates are automatically generated through our site. We do not profit on shipping costs. We are working with these providers to get our customers the best rates possible.

All ship times are subject to change if extreme weather conditions are present here at the nursery or at the shipping destination.

Please note: Depending on the time of year, the foliage of the plants may be trimmed to fit into our shipping boxes. This could delay the flowering of the plant, but many perennials actually benefit from being cut back.

We are currently not able to ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and outside of the US.
