Colocasia 'Coffee Cups' grows to be 36"-60" with a 36-60" spread. This vigorous variety has dark, almost black stems and large upward cupping, deep green leaves. May reach 6' in height. Usually considered an annual below Zone 8, it has successfully overwintered several years for us in Zone 7, outdoors in the garden without having to be taken in & the bulbs stored.
Prefers full sun and moist, organic-rich soil. Suitable for containers. May be divided in winter or early spring. May be toxic if ingested. Deer resistant.
