Agastache 'Apricot Sprite' is a short but erect plant that is long blooming, bearing compact spikes of tubular apricot flowers. Also known as Hummingbird Mint, Agastache is a favorite perennial flower of hummingbirds and many pollinators. Native to southwestern U.S. Agastache grows best in average to poor soil. Avoid heavy, wet soil. Cut back old blooms to promote continuous bloom. For winter hardiness allow stems to remain until new growth appears in spring.
